It looks like Samsung has introduced yet another player in their aim to achieve their goal of tripling their 2004 digital portable sales. They already announced nine new players a couple of weeks ago. Now comes word of the YP-C1.

The details are limited on this player, but it will include three things missing from the popular iPod Shuffle; a display, an FM tuner, and a voice recorder.

The YP-C1 plays music in the MP3, WMA, and OGG formats and it comes in three colors red, grey and yellow. The player was spotted by I4u news from the Korean site for Samsung, so no confirmation yet as to if it will hit the states. The unit measures 26x71x26mm and weighs in at 26 grams.
